VINE:

Total area 5.5 hectares to organic methods with 4,500 plants per hectare grown espalier with spurred cordon pruning

YIELD:

72 quintals per hectare

HARVEST:

Manual with merlot harvested the first week of September and the Sangiovese in late September

WINE MAKING:

Fermentation of 12 days and subsequent maceration in stainless steel tanks. Following malolactic fermentation and aging in oak barrels for 3 months

AGING:

3 months in bottle

ALCOHOL:

13% vol
