MADE FROM GRAPES:

Sangiovese (70%) Merlot (20%) Cabernet Sauvignon (10%).

VINE:

Surface 2.5 HA with organic fertilization with 4,500 plants per hectare bred in sparrow with pruning cordon spur.

YIELD:

50 quintals per hectare

HARVEST:

Manual with merlot harvested the first week of September, Sangiovese and Cabernet in late September

WINE MAKING:

Fermentation and maceration
For 15 days in stainless steel tanks. Malolactic fermentation follows in steel tub.

AGING:

Before marketing the wine is still refined in the bottle for at least 6 months.

ALCOHOL:

13% vol.

PRODUCTION:

6.000 bottles
