Total area 5.5 hectares to organic methods with 4,500 plants per hectare grown espalier with spurred cordon pruning

HARVEST:

Manual with merlot harvested the first week of September, Sangiovese and Cabernet in late September

WINE MAKING:

Fermentation and maceration for 15 days in stainless steel tanks. Following malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks

AGING:

In the bottle for 3 months

ALCOHOL:

13% vol.
